Welcome! We are a Christian family who cares for elderly individuals in our home. There are so many quotes, stories, and photos that we wanted to share with our precious "Golden Girls'" families, which they could view quicker and could be updated easier on this blog than we would ever have time (and memory!) to share with them personally. We also thought others might enjoy reading and viewing along with the families on this great adventure of their loved ones' golden sunset years. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your visit with us and "The Grandmas"!

Φεβρουάριος (February) II

Kristin came by for a belated Christmas visit

She brought lots of lovely doll clothes for Junebug's baby

The M.s dropped in too!

Junebug always brightens up when her daughter walks in the room

Snuggles with mommy

The pointing people :)

Mrs. Linda believes that if you give lots of hugs you'll grow taller ;)

Our midnight cereal duo

In the wee hours of the morning on Vanessa's 20th birthday we were called to assist at little Samuel Aaron's birth.

Vanessa was still going strong from our sleep deprivation and went out to her special lunch with Mom and Johanna

A happy threesome

Vanessa requested a healthy dinner (try to ignore the Coke on the table ;) of chicken salad

Sweet sisters

Candlelight dinner

My scrumptilyicious salad

Spoons with these two can get pretty dangerous

Another arm wrestling match

Daddy and Vanessa, so sweet...

...or not!

Wow! Yes, she opted for a healthy dinner so she could have an UNhealthy dessert...

...yeah, we had quite the sugar rush that night!

Sister love

Oh, but it was GOOD!

We got to spend time with these studdly men after Samuel's birth

Real men rock babies ;)

Bedtime stories are the best

A day at the park

Johanna's first time holding the wee lad

Michael at the big park!

Elena and Gabriel having fun

Group shot! (we have no clue who Superman is, apparently he thought it was an "all-kid-park-photo-shoot" or something) ;)

Ice cream and french fries are a necessity after park day

More cuddles with baby

Grandma Lorry finds the most unusual ways of relaxing :)

These two went exploring at the creek

Wet, wild and cute

Gettin' her some Vitamin D

Our sunshine girls

Don't tell me your dog doesn't go sunbathing?

Part III coming soon...
