We had another wonderful Thanksgiving day with the Grandmas and their fun families! We are so thankful for all of your friendship and treasure each and everyone of you so dearly.
Waiting for our guests to arrive
Grandma Lorry's wonderful son and daughter-in-love, Chris and Christine
They were so kind to let Johanna have full control of their camera! She had a hay-day :)
Johanna and lovely Kyla; we so enjoyed talking, laughing and getting to know you better!
Grandma Junebug awaiting her family {Bella Bean was waiting too, but she didn't get any visitors :)}
Actually Bella was keeping a cautious distance from the new face in town :)
Camera troubles
Thank you so much, Chris, Christine and Kyla for driving such a long way to be with your mom/grandma! It meant the world to her and we all just loved visiting with you.
The table is set
The hot cranberry tea is ready
The grandkids are here! Taylor with his Nana
And lovely Lindsay with Nana
Grandma Margarete welcomed everyone in her own fashion :)
(Actually she was tired of us taking pictures and decided to pose for us :)
We were all cracking up!
Like really :)
In the kitchen, Mr. Geoff and Mr. Taylor were visiting with Johanna and...
...the turkey cutter!
Grandma June and beautiful Mrs. Paige
And Lindsay too!
The lovely J. family and Nana
I just love this picture; it speaks what words cannot express
Margarete's ready to eat
As is Lorry
And of course June!
All together now...
Part of the scrumptious dinner
Table talk
Margarete and her wonderful daughter Patty and son-in-law Charlie
Junebug and her wonderful daughter Linda and son-in-law Vic
DESSERT! The beautiful white cake Mrs. Linda made was for the birthday boy, Mr. Vic
Matching loverlies
After dinner the J. family did some pretty cool magic tricks; here Lindsay is showing Johanna a new technique :)
And here I thought: Oh, they're talking let me snap a photo. And then they thought: You've got to be joking. And then, well, that's when I left :)
Mr. Charlie and Dad talking carpentry
Mrs. Paige was one of our sweet kitchen helpers
And Taylor here gives us a grand finale piece called: Two-finger waltz :)
That's it folks!
