Welcome! We are a Christian family who cares for elderly individuals in our home. There are so many quotes, stories, and photos that we wanted to share with our precious "Golden Girls'" families, which they could view quicker and could be updated easier on this blog than we would ever have time (and memory!) to share with them personally. We also thought others might enjoy reading and viewing along with the families on this great adventure of their loved ones' golden sunset years. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your visit with us and "The Grandmas"!

Resurrection Dinner

Tables for eleven

The calm before the feast

Thanks Grandma for my new Spring outfit!

The Culinary Artists: how many adults does it take to make ham glaze?

Our "J" ladies pretty in pink

Lovely smiles; like Mother, like Daughter
The Electrical Engineers: how many adults does it take to fix a blender?

"Christ the Lord is risen today!" lalala...

Take a look at that concentration; the look of intense focus.

Junebug's gone on a diet...

...Vegetarian?...Not!! :)

"...A cheerful heart has a continual feast." (Proverbs 15:15)

Say...

..."Cheese!"

Mom and Dad, enjoying almost 25 years of blissful marriage!

Our pink peonies...

...with a bluebonnet to boot! :)

The Giggle Queens :)

The great apple devourment

Some Resurrection tunes and grand finale of fiddles...not to forget our dancing daisy.

Was this planned?? ...and no, Dad's glasses are only for reading :)
Mr. River Dancer graciously taking time out for a picture

Blessings to you all from the Lord's abounding gift of Hope and Joy!!!  Giving thanks and praises to the Lord for His unfathomable sacrifice on the cross, humbling burial in a tomb, and power of His saving resurrection!!!
